RECIPE: VEGETABLE STIR-FRY
Ingredients
- 1 packet Knorr Chinese Style Manchurian Sauce Mix
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (ex: bell peppers, carrots, broccoli, mushrooms, snap peas)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 cups of warm water
- Optional: 1 cup cubed tofu or paneer
Instructions
- Prepare the sauce
- In a bowl, dissolve the Knorr Manchurian Sauce Mix in 2 cups of warm water. Set aside.
- Cook the vegetables
- Heat oil in a pan or wok in medium-high heat. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender. (Add tofu or paneer in this step if using)
- Add the sauce
- Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and stir well. Let it simmer for 3 minutes, or until the sauce thickens and coats the vegetables evenly.
- Sauté onion until soft and (about 5 minutes). Add garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Serve and enjoy
- Serve hot and enjoy this flavourful stir-fry!
Serving Suggestions: Serve with steamed rice to soak up the rich, tangy sauce.
