Quick and Easy Vegetable Stir-Fry Recipe with Manchurian Sauce

RECIPE: VEGETABLE STIR-FRY

Ingredients

  • 1 packet Knorr Chinese Style Manchurian Sauce Mix
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (ex: bell peppers, carrots, broccoli, mushrooms, snap peas)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 cups of warm water
  • Optional: 1 cup cubed tofu or paneer 

Instructions

  1. Prepare the sauce
    • In a bowl, dissolve the Knorr Manchurian Sauce Mix in 2 cups of warm water. Set aside.
  2. Cook the vegetables
    • Heat oil in a pan or wok in medium-high heat. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender. (Add tofu or paneer in this step if using)
  3. Add the sauce 
    • Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and stir well. Let it simmer for 3 minutes, or until the sauce thickens and coats the vegetables evenly.
    • Sauté onion until soft and (about 5 minutes). Add garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  4. Serve and enjoy
    • Serve hot and enjoy this flavourful stir-fry!

Serving Suggestions: Serve with steamed rice to soak up the rich, tangy sauce.
