Volunteers are the backbone of Quest's success. We have a "lean" administrative team and rely heavily on volunteers like you. Every year our volunteers contribute to over 10,000 hours of labour. This helps keep our overhead low so we make the most of donations.

Being a volunteer at Quest provides many opportunities: receiving basic training, gaining work experience, gaining credit for course curriculum, meeting other interesting people, and, most importantly, contributing to the well-being of less fortunate members of our communities.

As a volunteer at Quest you may be helping by:

• collecting and distributing food
• assisting in warehouse functions
